一、适用范围和工作条件：

1、适用于Ⅱ类（除煤矿外的其他爆炸性气体环境用电气设备）含有ⅡA、ⅡB级；
2、温度级别为T1-T6的爆炸性气体环境的1区和2区的危险场所；
3、在交流50Hz、电压220V的电路中，作为航空障碍物指示之用。

二、结构特点：

1、壳体采用ZL102铸成，表面采用粉末静电喷塑；
2、ⅡB级障碍灯泡源为发光二极管，具有体积小、功耗低、防水强、（IP65）寿命长、发光强等优点且闪烁频率可调；
3、多个引入装置可实现多灯连接，导线通过引入装置进虢酉咔唬缋禄蚋止懿枷撸?BR>4、采用优化控制，控制电路装于灯体内；
5、根据环境高密度自动启闭，夜晚或多雾时自动开启，白天自动关闭；
6、障碍灯壳内外均设有接地螺钉，使用时必须可靠接地。

■安装、使用与维修

﹒安装前应检查本产品铭牌上所列基本数据是否与实际使用条件相符

﹒产品应可靠接地

﹒无论何种接线须将引入装置密封圈压。

﹒维修时必须切断前级电源后开盖

﹒引入装置密封圈和橡胶垫均采用耐油橡胶3001制造，用户在使用、

维修过程中若发现老化应与制造厂联系定购，并及时更换以确保防

爆性能

﹒在隔爆面上均匀涂以204-1防锈油脂后在投入使用

﹒周围环境温度为-20～+400C

﹒周围空气相对湿度不大于95%

﹒在无显著摇动和冲出振动的地方

﹒污染等级为3级

﹒无破坏金属和绝缘的腐蚀性气体或蒸汽的地方

□Installation usage, maintenance.

﹒Check the data before install it.

﹒Product should be link to ground.

﹒Cable should pressurized in to airproof quoit.

﹒cut off power before maintenance.

﹒In-build System and the rubber circle are made of oil-proof 3001, you

should contact our factory if the airproof quoit is damaged.

﹒Mop up 204-4 antirust grease before use it.

﹒The environment temperature is-20～+400C

﹒The relative humidity of the air around the equipment is not over95%

﹒No distinct shaking,concussion and libration

﹒The pollution grade is 3

﹒No corrosive gas and steam which can destroy the insulation of the metal
